Overview

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning rental items to Craftcustomur. As a rental service, our return process differs from traditional retail purchases.

Rental Return Process

Pickup Schedule

All rental items must be available for pickup on the scheduled pickup date as specified in your rental agreement. You are responsible for ensuring items are accessible and ready for collection at the agreed location and time.

Item Condition

Rental items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered, subject to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes minor scuffs, scratches, or signs of use that do not affect the item's functionality or appearance.

Damage Assessment

Inspection Process

Upon pickup, our team will inspect all items for damage, loss, or excessive wear. Any issues will be documented and communicated to you.

Damage Charges

If items are returned damaged, lost, or in a condition beyond normal wear and tear, you will be charged for:

  • Repair costs for repairable damage
  • Replacement costs for lost or irreparably damaged items
  • Cleaning fees for items requiring professional cleaning beyond standard maintenance

Charges will be based on the actual cost of repair or replacement, and you will be notified of any charges within 7 business days of item return.

Late Returns

If items are not available for pickup on the scheduled date, additional rental charges may apply. Extended rental periods will be charged at the standard daily rate for each day beyond the agreed rental period.

Early Returns

If you wish to return items before the scheduled pickup date, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Early returns may be accommodated subject to availability, but rental fees for the full agreed period may still apply unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you cancel your booking before the delivery date, refund eligibility depends on the cancellation terms specified in your rental agreement. Cancellation fees may apply.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once items have been delivered, rental fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of:

  • Items delivered in damaged or defective condition
  • Significant errors in order fulfillment
  • Force majeure events preventing event use

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with any damage assessment or charges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving notice. We will review your concerns and work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Lost or Stolen Items

You are responsible for rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. If items are lost or stolen, you will be charged the full replacement value. We recommend securing rental items in a safe location when not in use.

Cleaning Requirements

Items should be returned free of excessive dirt, food debris, or stains. Basic cleaning is expected, but professional deep cleaning is not required unless items have been significantly soiled. Excessive soiling may result in additional cleaning fees.
